Now, whether you’re a fan of the all-new Pokémon game or not, there is no getting around the fact that this game gives players a different lens to the Pokémon world. Mostly because you’re researching Pokémon, and from all the other games of the franchise, this one feels much more personal and closer than ever. Today though, we will get closer to Charizard, and take a 4-star picture!

Pokémon Snap: Find Charizard & 4-Star Photo Guide

Find Charizard & Take 4-Star Photo – Pokémon Snap

Compared to other Pokémon, this photo was one of the most interesting to take. This fiery place has always been fun to research, and whether you’re a Charizard diehard or not, it is quite an interesting Pokémon.

Nevertheless, in Pokémon Snap, it is very difficult to snap a 4-star picture. There are a lot of factors that come into play, like scenery, environment, angle, behavior, and more. Plus, not to mention every Pokémon’s different minor variables.

There is just so much that needs to be perfect, for the ‘best’ 4-star photo. In any case, without getting too much off track, let’s see how you can get the perfect 4-star photo of Charizard in Pokémon Snap:

  • For this photo, it is very important to get the Firewall Volcano to rank 3.
  • At the junction at this location, turn left, to where the original end location is, i.e. the one with Charmander, Torkoal, and Slugma.
  • A Tyrantrum will start screeching at Charizard. This will give you the perfect opportunity for a picture, since Charizard isn’t one to step down.
  • Charizard will start going towards the Tyrantrum, only to stop a few meters away, and give-off the most amazing roar ever seen. This is the moment that you will have to capture Charizard. Simply, take a picture when Charizard is roaring away.

There might be some other ways to get a 4-star picture of Charizard, but at the moment, this is the best way to do it. Pictures with Charizard in mid-air weren’t anything special, especially not 4-star.
