Thoughts

The Hoth Rebel Soldier is a tanky taunter who can self regen with defense up buff. He offers a bit more utility than Chewbacca as a taunter as he has offense down on his basic attack.

He is best used as a taunter in the arena or tough light side maps where the enemy has large single target burst damage.

He is very slow, so that means you will not be able to get your taunt off until the first round has passed. Most people will prefer Poe Dameron in the arena as he is much faster and can taunt quickly in battle.

But, if you have slower and tankier characters, then the Hoth Rebel Scout might suit your team. He is harder to farm, so do not expect to get him to 7 star anytime soon.
