How to unlock weapons in Ammu-Nation?
You can unlock new weapons in Ammu-Nation after you acquire them from story mode missions and side missions throughout GTA 5. After you have acquired these weapons, you can reacquire them from Ammu-Nation.
Even the Railgun can be found in Ammu-Natino after you acquire it by completing Minor Turbulence, doing the shooting range glitch, or retrieving it from the underwater wreckage north of Stab City.
Los Santos Armory
Ammu-Nation is one of those shops you will rarely visit in GTA 5 because some missions in Story Mode provide the weapons you need for the task from the get-go.
With that said, some Story Mode missions require you to head to Ammu-Nation to pick up specific items, such as Boiler Suits for the Blitz Play mission preparation.
