The trophy list has been revealed.

TrueTrophies has posted the entire list of trophies for Back 4 Blood ahead of the game’s launch next month. The list shows there will be 56 trophies in total, including a platinum trophy. Interestingly, there are no silver trophies up for grabs, so presumably, you’ll be sinking a lot of time collecting bronze trophies if you’re on the hunt for that almighty platinum trophy.

Back 4 Blood Platinum Trophy Demands You Play On Nightmare Difficulty

It should come as no surprise that several trophies are related to completing acts on various difficulty levels, including Nightmare. Hopefully, it will be a lot like Turtle Rock Studios’ previous zombie game, Left 4 Dead, where if you play with a bunch of people with a reasonable skill level, playing through the game on a higher difficulty level won’t be as tricky as it sounds. However, there will be no way of honestly knowing until the game is out next month.

There is already a cheeky easter egg from the trophy list alone. The bronze trophy “Good Riddance!” which requires you to kill 53,600 Ridden’s is a nod to Left 4 Dead, where there was an achievement called Zombie Genocider, which asked you to kill 53,595 zombies. This achievement within itself was ironically a reference to Capcom’s zombie game, Dead Rising, where the achievement, also called Zombie Genocider, needed you to kill 53,594 zombies in one single playthrough.

So instead of a dream within a dream, it’s an achievement within an achievement?

We’ll list all the trophies for Back 4 Blood, so you can prepare yourself for the upcoming tribulations – but look at your own discretion as minor spoilers are below.

Back 4 Blood will be heading to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC on October 12th, 2021.
