There is no doubt that Car Mechanic Simulator 2021- this year-round, has some incredible attention to detail. Well, that’s what they were going for at least, making the game as realistic as possible. While there are a lot of veterans debating whether there were any major changes this year, or completely the same game as last year, some are having issues with the complexity of it all. For example, it might be harder for new players to find the location of the fuel pump.

Fuel Pump Location – Car Mechanic Simulator 2021
I get it, it’s hard. Once you see the objectives on that sheet, like: replace oil filter, exhaust, spark plugs, coolant, or any other number of things, it can get overwhelming.
Now, I was taught that there are two fuel pumps on a car. The one coming out from the fuel tank, and the one leading fuel in the engine. However, I don’t think that’s the case with Car Mechanic Simulator 2021.

You can find the fuel pump just above or around the fuel tank in this game. Simply go to the back of the car, lift it on the lift, and from underneath it, click on the backside.
You’ll see a big tank of sorts, well, that’s the fuel tank. Click that, and most likely above it, you’ll see a cylinder-like object coming out of the fuel tank, that’s the pump.
Basically, it’s main objective is to lead the fuel from the tank all the way to the engine. The engine and the pump are connected by a small hose.
It seems like a lot of players have been having issues with this particular part, as the common knowledge suggest that the fuel pump feeds the engine fuel, so naturally, it should be near the engine somewhere.
That’s what I thought so two, but I was wrong. Now, I’m not that knowledgeable about cars, but I don’t think there will be any variation on its location depending on the car. Sure, it might vary slightly, but it still can be found somewhere near the fuel tank.
