A new damage type for body parts called Dent is one of the new features in Car Mechanic Simulator 2021. Alongside other existing repairable body parts such as bumpers, doors, and fenders, you can fix dents for a small fee in your garage in-game.

Body parts must be disassembled and removed from the car before you can repair them. After that, you must take the respective parts to the Repair Table (Body) in your garage and fix them individually.
- Remove the body part you want to repair.
2. Go to the Repair Table (Body) in your garage.
3. Select the Body Part you want to repair.
4. You must hit the green lines to repair the body part successfully.
Remember that body parts must be at least 15% condition to be eligible for repairs. Parts that are below 15% are considered broken and can no longer be repaired through the Repair Table. Moreover, repairs are not free, and you’ll have to pay a small fee regardless of whether the repair succeeds.
You can repair almost every body part in the game, which includes the following parts:
- Bumpers
- Clamshells
- Doors
- Fenders
- Hood
- Side Mirrors
- Truck
Only Windows and Lights cannot be repaired, so you’ll have to purchase brand-new ones from the computer in your garage.
How to unlock Body Repair Tools in Car Mechanic Simulator?
You can unlock Body Repair Tools by purchasing the Garage Expansion upgrade and the Repair Table (Body). You also have to unlock Renovator levels to be able to repair body parts.
