Tekken may be no Street Fighter when it comes to status, but the series is one of the most celebrated fighting games today. Netflix is set to give us an anime adaptation with Tekken: Bloodline, and the new trailer features not just Jin Kazama, but other classic fighters from the franchise.

The official description reads:

“Power is everything.” Jin Kazama learned the family self-defense arts, Kazama-Style Traditional Martial Arts, from his mother at an early age. Even so, he was powerless when a monstrous evil suddenly appeared, destroying everything dear to him, changing his life forever. Angry at himself for being unable to stop it, Jin vowed revenge and sought absolute power to exact it. His quest will lead to the ultimate battle on a global stage — The King of Iron Fist Tournament.

Though the series does feature a lot of early characters like Xiao Yu, Paul, and Nina, we also have some newer faces from the games like Leroy who made his first appearance in Tekken 7.

The series looks to be tackling the early days of Jin’s story with him being trained by Heihachi—plus his villain is the original baddie of the franchise—Ogre. If this series gets picked up, we could be looking at a loose adaptation of the games, plus the introduction of some fan-favorite characters as well.

I’m sure by the end, we’ll get the return of Kazuya, and we’ll be watching this thing build up to a clash between father and son.

Tekken: Bloodline premieres on Netflix on Aug. 18.
