Pokemon Legends: Arceus is set in olden times in the Pokemon world when it was rare to find harmony between people and Pokemon. Set in the Hisui region, modern-day Sinnoh, you will join the Galaxy Expedition Team (Galaxy Team for short) as a member of the Survey Corps stationed in Jubilife Village. You will be tasked to meet every Hisui Region Pokemon to complete the region’s first-ever Pokédex.
The Galaxy Team will task the player to do missions in the game. Various people will also ask for help from the player in the form of requests. One of these requests is Request 78, titled ‘Setting Up the Icepeak Camp.’ This guide will teach you how to complete the ‘Setting Up the Icepeak Camp’ request.
Setting Up the Icepeak Camp
To unlock this request, the player must first receive ‘The Slumbering Lord of the Tundra’ Mission, the twelfth mission in the game where the player must quell a frenzied Noble Hisuian Avalugg.
Then, the ‘Setting Up the Icepeak Camp’ Request started just like that! After doing the requirements mentioned above, you can now start this request! To do that, head to the northwest of Avalugg’s Legacy near the falls and the river, and there you will find an older man named Brice, a member of the Supply Corps.
Talk to Brice, and he will tell the player that he came to the area to set up another Base Camp, but he could not find Craig, a construction corps member. Brice will then explain that he told Craig to meet him near the base of the falls in the Alabaster Icelands, but he could not find Craig anywhere even though he is not the type that usually gets lost, which worries Brice. So, Brice will ask the player for a favor to find Craig for him.
To complete this request, the player must find Craig and bring him back to Brice so they can continue to set up the new Base Camp in the area. Now it is time to find Craig!
Craig can be found just northeast of Brice’s location on the falls’ right side. Craig is also an old man in Construction Corps clothing (purple). Talk to Craig, and he will ask the player if the player has seen Brice, a member of the Supply Corps. Brice told him to meet him at the base of the falls, but Craig thinks he has not shown up yet. Then, after the player explains to him, Craig will be shocked that Brice is actually on the other shore across the river. Craig will then say he is happy that the player came around as he would have waited forever. Craig will then leave and meet with Brice.
After that interaction, head back to Brice, still on the south of the falls near the river and who is now with Craig, and a cutscene will play where Brice will point out that it is very cold in the area and he is wondering how the Pearl Clan can stand this climate. Brice will then turn to the player and say that he owes the player for finding Craig for him, and now they can start setting up the Base Camp. The screen will then fade to black, and once it fades back, the Base Camp will be finished, and Professor Laventon will appear!
After that, the player can now use this Base Camp to talk to Professor Laventon, rest, craft items, and use the item storage!
Now that you have completed the ‘Setting up the Icepeak Camp’ Request, you can now try to complete other requests, complete missions, or complete Arceus’ task for you, which is to catch ’em all!
