Group up with like-minded players using the Activity Scheduler feature in Diablo Immortal.
Blizzard has slowly but surely been adding useful features that help make navigating and searching for other players much easier in Diablo Immortal.
The ongoing server mergers ensure each region will have enough players per server, while features such as the recently added Activity Scheduler make sure that players can easily find players looking to go on the same dungeon-crawling activities as they do.
We have outlined everything you need to know about the Activity Scheduler, including what it is for, where you can find the feature in-game, and how to use it in Diablo Immortal in this guide.
What is the Activity Scheduler for in Diablo Immortal?
The Activity Scheduler is intended to make planned group activities (Warband and Clan) much easier to organize and keep track of in Diablo Immortal.
The Activity Scheduler feature allows you and other players to Create specific scheduled in-game activities such as Elder Rift or Challenge Rift runs and set parameters such as Time, and Min-Max Levels of players that can join the Activity.
You can use the Activity Scheduler to join pre-planned Warband or Clan Activities created by other players or create your own scheduled activity within the Activity Scheduler menu.
Where to find the Activity Scheduler in Diablo Immortal
You can find the Activity Scheduler within the Activity Calendar menu in the left menu pane in Diablo Immortal’s pause menu. The Activity Calendar card is grouped with the Battle Pass and First Kill of the Day cards in the same menu.
Click on the Activity Calendar card, then look for the small Activity Scheduler button in the upper right corner of the Activity Calendar menu to find the Activity Scheduler.
How to use the Activity Scheduler in Diablo Immortal
Bring up the Activity Scheduler menu by clicking the Activity Scheduler button in the Activity Calendar menu in the pause menu.
This will take you to the Activity Scheduler main menu, where you can check out activities created by other players.
From there, you can use the sort function to sort through Activity Types, Activity Times, and the Min-Max Levels required to join a specific Activity.
Alternatively, you can create your Scheduled Activity through the Create button, which will take you to the Activity creation page where you can set the Activity Type, Activity Time, and Min-Max player levels.
Players looking to join your scheduled activities will have to be approved first. Still, you can also toggle an option allowing Auto-accept applications and other players to join automatically, given they fit the Activity requirements.
Is the Activity Scheduler useful?
On paper, the Activity Scheduler seems to be a useful feature streamlining routine daily activities such as Elder Rift runs and Challenge Rifts.
Unfortunately, some players have expressed their disappointment at the feature due to the limited types of activities featured in the Activity Scheduler menu.
Currently, players can only pre-schedule Elder Rifts, Challenge Rifts, and specific Dungeon runs such as Mad King’s Breach – all of which are already quite easy to organize through the Party Finder feature.
Nevertheless, the Activity Scheduler can be useful for players with time to play Diablo Immortal. Having the ability to have three other players ready by the time you are ready to go on a specific Dungeon crawl will save players a ton of time looking for other players of a specific character Level.
Pre-scheduled Dungeon Runs
You will find yourself going on a similar Dungeon run daily in Diablo Immortal as you try to complete tasks and challenges in-game.
The Activity Scheduler can be useful in those situations, allowing you to create predetermined parties consisting of players with similar character levels and Dungeon run goals to yours.
While the feature is pretty limited regarding the types of activities you can schedule, you can expect Blizzard to add more configurable activities as the game receives more updates in the coming months.
