Learn how to change your appearance in Diablo Immortal!
Diablo Immortal offers a decent amount of character personalization options. However, you can only modify how your characters look on the character creation page when you create them for the first time. After customizing how their character looks the first time, players have no other way to change how their base character looks in Diablo Immortal until now.
For Season 8, the devs have added a new NPC that players can visit to get a fresh look at their characters in-game. The Westmarch Barber, as the devs called him, offers character customization services for free to all players.
In this guide, we have outlined everything you need to know about how to change your appearance in Diablo Immortal.
What is the Westmarch Barber?
Blizzard added a way to change how characters look by adding the Westmarch Barber. Yaira The Barber can change your character’s looks for free once every seven days.
Yaira offers many customization options similar to those available to players when creating their characters for the first time. You can change your character’s skin tone, hair, and facial details for free.
How to Use the Westmarch Barber
Yaira The Barber can be found in his special place in Rakkis Plaza in Westmarch. Simply talk to Yaira, then select “Character Customization” to start customizing your character.
After clicking the Character Customization button, you can start customizing your character’s looks. You can change the following options:
- Skin Tone
- Hair
- Hairstyle
- Hair Color
- Hair Roots
- Hair Ends
- Facial Hair
- Face
- Forehead
- Inner Cheeks
- Cheekbones
- Outer Cheeks
- Upper Jaw
- Jaw
- Chin Tip
- Chin
- Eyes
- Eye Makeup
- Markings
- Eyebrows
- Pupils
Change as many parameters as possible while at Yaira’s shop to make the most out of your character’s looks. Remember that all changes will be counted as one Character Customization, and you can only change your character’s appearance once every seven days.

Changes are limited to Skin Tone, Face, Hair, and Eyes. Unfortunately, players cannot change their character’s gender, but a future update might finally add the feature for those looking to change up their entire character makeup.
Westmarch Barber Location
Yaira The Barber’s shop can be found in Rakkis Plaza in Westmarch. Head to Westmarch and look for the building just above the Armory. Walk inside, and you will find Yaira standing in the left wing of the building.
Cosmetic Customizations
Thanks to Yaira, players can finally change the base look for their characters for free every seven days. If you have characters you do not particularly like in terms of looks, give the Westmarch Barber a visit to give your character a new do.
Remember that you can only change your character’s appearance once every seven days at Yaira, so check out every customizable parameter in his shop to make the most of your visit.
