You will recognize Simeon Yetarian as Franklin and Lamar’s boss and one of the first characters you’ll meet as you play through the first few missions as Franklin in GTA 5. Not only is he featured in a few main story missions, but you will also find him in a Random Event called Simeon Yetarian.
This quick guide outlines everything you need to know about the Simeon Yetarian Random Event in GTA 5.
How to get the Simeon Random Event?
After you complete the main story missions, Marriage Counseling and Daddy’s Little Girl, you can unlock the Simeon Yetarian Random Event in GTA 5.
In this Random Event, Simeon will send men to kill you as retaliation for the humiliation you caused him in the main story mission, Complications. You must kill Simeon’s men and, optionally, Simeon to complete the Random Event.
The Simeon Yaterian Random Event is a Random Event that only occurs between Friend Request and The Jewel Store Job. After completing those missions, the Simeon Yetarian Random Event will no longer spawn in-game. This Random Event is only available as Franklin or Michael.
Simeon Yetarian Random Event Location
You can find the Simeon Yetarian Random Event in Premium Deluxe Motorsport between Adam’s Apple Boulevard and Power Street in Strawberry.
When you enter Premium Deluxe Motorsport, Simeon will spot you and send men to kill you. Kill his men to complete the Random Event. Optionally, you can kill Simeon as well if you wish to do so.
Make sure you visit Premium Deluxe Motorsport between Friend Request and The Jewel Store Job, as this is the only time this Random Event is available in-game.
Simeon Yetarian Random Event Rewards
There are no event rewards for the Simeon Yetarian Random Event. You might get some cash drops from killing Simeon and his men, but that’s it.
Nevertheless, by completing this event, you can check off 1 Random Event from the 14 you must complete to get 100% completion on your GTA 5 save file.
What happened to Simeon Yetarian?
It was a matter of time before Simeon Yetarian’s shady practices were exposed. In a stroke of bad luck (or karma), Simeon crossed paths with a legitimate con man in Michael when Simeon sent Franklin to “repo” Jimmy’s vehicle from their home in Vinewood Hills in the main story mission Complications.
Michael knew what Simeon was up to, and so Michael threatened Franklin into driving back to the dealership and crashing the repoed vehicle into Simeon’s dealership so he could meet Simeon personally. When they arrive at the dealership, Michael beats Simeon for messing with him and his son Jimmy.

After Complications, you won’t hear from him for a while, but you will encounter him in a Random Event called Simeon Yetarian between Friend Request and The Jewel Store Job.
Shady Car Dealer
The Simeon Yetarian is a limited-time Event in GTA 5 that you will only encounter between Friend Request and The Jewel Store Job. This Random Event is not mandatory to complete GTA 5’s main story mode, and you won’t get rewards for completing it.
Nevertheless, this Random Event count towards the 14 Random Events that you must complete to get 100% completion on your save file in GTA 5, and you’ll get the chance to get back at Simeon for being a terrible boss.
