Valorant’s visual design can be quite interesting. Some of the characters have proven themselves to be fan-favorites. And just like with all multiplayer games, the color of a given character makes a huge difference during gameplay.
But this isn’t what we’re talking about here. We want to show you how to change the color of Valorant’s user interface and cursors, to make it more appealing and useful for each player. Let’s see how you can change the colors of Valorant to suit your playstyle.
Changing the enemy highlight color in Valorant
In order to make the highlight color of your enemies different than the default option, you must:
- Go to the Valorant settings.
- Click on General.
- Go to Accessibility. Change the Enemy Highlight Color option.
And that’s it. Pick the color that best suits you and play the game.
Changing your crosshair’s color in Valorant
This is important for two reasons. First, some colors blend into the map’s aesthetics and it can be more difficult to land a shot. The second reason is that every person is unique and their taste in crosshair coloring may be different than the default option. To remedy that issue, do this:
- Go to Settings.
- Pick Crosshair.
- Change the very first option, Crosshair Color.
This time around, you have more options than with the highlight. Look at the preview above the settings and decide which crosshair option is the one for you.
