There are a lot of achievements and trophies to go around in Resident Evil Village. One can even say that there is no shortage of them. So, even though the game isn’t particularly long by Resident Evil’s standard, there is a lot more content to play after the actual story. Achievements and trophy hunting is a good way to have some fun. Why not add one more to your collection. This is the Fast Reflexes guide!

This is bronze trophy, but it is hard to see why. The main objective of the trophy is to hit a flaming arrow mid-air, with a sword, which in all honesty, seems a bit difficult.

However, it can be done, and it isn’t as hard as it sounds. In fact, there is a lot of leeway from when the arrow is released to it actually hitting you. But where can you get this achievement? Where is a good place to block some flaming arrows?

Well, the best way to get this achievement is in the main campaign. More specifically, on a certain path, the path that players take to get to the Stronghold, shortly after using the six-winged key on the village gate.

Along this path, you will encounter enemies with bows, that will use flaming arrows as their primary source of ammunition. The path is located at the Forbidden Woods, and there are a lot of enemies here, so you can eliminate a few to focus on the arrows of one enemy.

Simply take down the melee-attacking enemies, and a few bowmen if you’re having difficulties hitting the actual flaming arrow. Then, wait for the NPC to shoot the arrow at you, and whip out your sword or knife, and hit it mid-air.

Like I said, there is a lot of leeway, so hitting it isn’t really an issue.

You will get the achievement notification in the top-right corner of the screen if you have managed to pull it off.
