There are several world puzzles you can encounter while exploring the vast lands of Teyvat. One can be found in Higi Village, an abandoned residential area in Yashiori Island in Inazuma. This puzzle is situated in the lake right beside the village.
A few items are involved in this puzzle. Of course, there is a Relay Stone, Discharge Stone, Cumulation Stone, and three Electro Seelies.
The main goal of this puzzle is to have the electric current from the Discharge Stone connect to the Cumulation Stone, but since they are situated on the far end of the lake away from each other, you are going to need all the other items and them as links of the electric current.
Marked on the map are the exact spots where you will find the Electro Seelies.
Go near them and follow them until they get to their permanent positions, which are on the rocks in the middle of the lake.
Next, take the Relay Stone and place it between the Discharge Stone and the nearest Electro Seelie.
You can see that an electric current has been sent or linked from the Discharge Stone to the Electro Seelies at the center of the lake.
The last thing to do is create a link between the Electro Seelies and the Cumulation Stone and to do this you will need an electric conductor.
You will not find another Relay Stone but remember that your character can be infused with Electro, thus making you a conductor.
Now, swim to the area between the Electro Seelies and the Cumulation Stone to create the final link.
The Cumulation Stone will finally light up and a Precious Chest will appear on a piece of rock next to it as a reward for solving this puzzle.
