After the reveal of Kiriko, Blizzard is now gearing up for the launch of Overwatch 2 early next month. Just in, we have a new trailer giving us a look at the first season of OW2, and it showcases a lot of new cosmetics as well as the three new incoming heroes.

While characters like Sojourn and Junker Queen will be instantly unlocked during the game’s launch, Kiriko is only free for players who already own the first Overwatch. First time OW players will have to check out the Premium Battle Pass if they want to try out the ninja healer.
We also have a look at a new tier of skins called ‘Mythic Skins’, and we see that with Genji’s Cyber Demon look. We don’t know exactly what constitutes a Mythic skin, but I think they will have a lot more complicated elements surrounding it, unlike your usual OW skin.
And of course, the Halloween season isn’t complete without the game bringing back Junkenstein’s Revenge, only this time, we’re getting a new story with Wrath of the Bride, focused on a new central villain as well as a new team of heroes to take her on.
So far things are looking exciting, and I’m hoping that Overwatch 2 has a long life ahead of it. To learn more about the game at launch, you can check out the official site here.
