Sayu is the little ninja who is part of the secret organization under the Yashiro Commission called the Shuumatsuban. The pint-sized ninja is even less known within the organization but was raised within the Shuumatsuban and grew highly loyal to it.
Little Sayu mastered the various arts of ninjutsu, especially the one that helped her escape and conceal her aura to avoid getting found and continue slacking off. She is known to be very lazy but would reason out that she is only making sure to have enough sleep to grow taller.
Like all other Vision holders, Sayu got hers in moments of life and death. When she was doing a “not-so-important” mission that cost her almost everything, when she was about to faint out of exhaustion and injuries and surrounded by strong enemies, Sayu thought to herself how despite not being strong enough to fight, her ninjutsu gave weaker people like her their way of surviving. Sayu then disappeared into thin air, escaping her pursuers. The following day, an Anemo Vision was latched onto Sayu’s leg.

You can get Sayu as one of your playable characters by making wishes on the game’s Wish Banners. Since she is a permanent character, she will be included as one of the 4-star items in all three banners. However, the best time to make wishes if you aim to get Sayu is when she is one of the featured characters in the Character Wish Banners.
