How To Play
If you are new to Gods Unchained, you will be welcomed with a set of 70 different cards, and each one will have two copies. In total, you will start the game with 140 cards. Cards are used to build decks you use in battles.
Each deck requires 30 cards, and each must be aligned with one of six distinct gods – Light, Death, War, Nature, Magic, and Deception. You can put two units of the same card in a single deck. However, you can only put one copy of a Legendary card.
As you build your deck, you will be aligned with a god depending on your chosen cards. Each god will have a unique ability to be used once per turn, consuming a certain amount of mana. Make sure to synergize your deck well with your god, which can make or break a match’s outcome. You will be dealt a few starting cards, but you have four chances to change what those cards are.
The goal of the game is to deplete the HP of your enemy. Each card consumes a certain amount of mana, and as the game lasts longer, you will have more mana, meaning you will have more chances to summon monsters.
With each turn, you can summon new cards, use god powers, or use spell cards. Remember, you cannot attack the player directly if monster cards are on their deck. You must destroy all the cards on their playing field before attacking the player.
Gods Unchained is a purely strategic game. However, you will need excellent cards too, which is why it matters that you invest in better card packs. However, having better cards does not always mean you can perform well. Knowing how to play the game matters a lot too.
