Trevor deals with a snitching Josh Bernstein.
In GTA 5, Trevor will have encounters with a real-estate Agent named Josh Bernstein. They will meet three times in the game, and in the first two missions, Josh Bernstein will bribe Trevor with love gifts in exchange for silencing his former business partner and blowing up Josh’s own house in the name of insurance.
In the last mission with Josh Bernstein, Trevor discovers that Josh plans to turn in Trevor to the cops. It is up to you to decide how Trevor deals with Josh once and for all.

Breach of Contract Synopsis
As Trevor drove through Rockford Hills, he passed through Josh Bernstein’s burnt-down house and spotted multiple police officers investigating the building. As Trevor moves closer to the house to hear the conversations more clearly, he also spots Josh Bernstein talking to the police officers.
As it turns out, Josh Bernstein called the police officers in to blame Trevor for his burning his house down. The police officers ask Josh Bernstein for an approximate description of how Trevor looks so they can keep an eye out for the suspect.
Josh Bernstein describes how Trevor looks, smells, and acts to the police officers. Despite Josh Bernstein’s vivid recollection of Trevor’s overall looks, the police officers ask Josh Bernstein for more substantial information about Trevor. Josh concedes that he does not know how to describe Trevor to the police officers, so the police officers diver the conversation.
The police ask Josh Bernstein about the insurance pay he is set to receive for his ruined house. Josh starts being defensive when the police become suspicious about the incident since the house in question is in foreclosure and no longer where Josh Berstein permanently resides.
A few moments later, Trevor walks toward the police officer’s direction. Josh Bernstein spots Trevor and starts telling the officers to arrest him, as he is responsible for burning the house. Trevor defends himself by telling the officers that Josh only ordered him to do so.
Things go from bad to worse when the two cops pull their handguns out on Trevor. Trevor, already upset by Josh not fulfilling his end of their agreement, pulls out his gun and takes out Josh Bernstein. After this, he runs away from the cops.

Breach of Contract Mission Guide
As soon as the cutscene stops, get ready to enter Rage Mode with Trevor.
While in Rage Mode, take out your favorite gun and kill Josh Bernstein. This should get you the Dirty Rat Gold Medal Objective.
After killing Josh Bernstein, head to the patrol car and take it for a spin around Los Santos while you evade the responding cops. Doing so will get you the Hot Pursuit Gold Medal Objective.
Traitors Never Win
Josh Bernstein didn’t know Trevor Philips enough as he would not have done what he did if he knew what a merciless killer Trevor could be.
With Josh Bernstein dead, Breach of Contract will be the last mission between Josh Bernstein and Trevor Phillips in GTA 5. There are only two Gold Medal Objectives for this mission, both of which can easily be cleared in a single run.
