In Supergiant Games’ Hades, the gods of Olympus or Olympians will help Zagreus in his quest to escape the Underworld because they believe he aspires to join them on Olympus. Little do they know that is not Zagreus’ plan at all, and the reason he wants to leave the Underworld is to find his mother. Besides, without the aid of these gods, Zagreus could not escape the Underworld.
One of the Olympians that helps Zagreus in his Underworld escape attempts is Artemis. Artemis, the Goddess of the Hunt, is Zagreus’ cousin. In this guide, you’ll get to know Artemis’ boons to help Zagreus in his Underworld escape attempts.
Zagreus gets help from the Olympians in the form of boons, which are upgrades that make him stronger. A boon can be obtained by completing chambers as a reward or purchasing it from Charon’s Shop for 150 Obols. Boons, however, are effective only during the current escape attempt and vanish once Zagreus has died and returned to the House of Hades.
Boons
Artemis’ Boons cause Zagreus’ abilities a chance to deal Critical Damage and improve Cast abilities.
Artemis’ Status Curse is called Marked, which will increase the probability of dealing a critical hit to the cursed enemy, consuming the Curse, and afflicting a nearby enemy. In other words, you can snowball critical hits in a crowd of enemies—the critical hit chance increase stacks with her boons that improve critical hit chances.

Final Thoughts
With a proper boon build, Artemis boons can deal huge damage. Even though the damage bonus offered on her boons is lower than those offered by the other Olympian gods, her boons’ Critical hits deal three times the damage of normal attacks, which grants the best overall DPS gain. Also, her Cast-related boons can increase your total ammo or add a projectile, which will further enable Zagreus’s powerful Cast.
Artemis’ Support Fire is a great boon to have as it fires a 10-16 damage arrow at an enemy nearby every time you Attack, Special, or use your Cast. That can stack up to a lot of extra damage, which is great for fast-firing weapons.
It is also important to note that accepting all of Artemis’ Boons at least once will complete one of the prophecies in the Fated List of Minor Prophecies called Goddess of the Hunt, which will reward 150 Gemstones once completed.
