Most interactions in this game are assign to the same keybind. Also, the game follows the usual default keyboard controls for this kind of videogame.
The game is available for both VR and non-VR setups. VR setups might vary differently than keyboards, based on the equipment you have.
To open the door in Phasmophobia, you need to click you left mouse button.
For VR setups with controllers though, you will need to use the left mouse button equivalent for your specific joysticks.
