One of Pokemon Legends: Arceus‘ expectations are to make a classic line from the franchise, “Gotta catch ’em all,” a reality. The player joins the Survey Corps, which is in charge of discovering all there is to learn about the Pokemon of the ancient Hisui region.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus Ultimate Gardevoir Guide

The legendary Pokemon Arceus will also assign the player to meet every Pokemon in the region. Because of this, the player must be familiarized with every Pokemon in the game.

This guide will discuss everything you need to know about Gardevoir!

Gardevoir

Gardevoir, the 103rd Pokemon in the Hisuian Pokedex, is a Psychic and Fairy-type Embrace Pokemon with a white and green body that makes it seem like it is wearing a flowing gown, short green hair that covers most of its face and sides of its head, two red eyes with black pupils, two long and thin arms with three fingers on each hand, two white and slender legs, a red horn shaped like a fin on its chest, another red horn but is more rounded on its back, a green band connected to its arms on its chest, and a green underside.

Gardevoir’s pristine white robe, reminiscent of those worn by royalty, is the dress of someone willing to lose their life, according to its Pokedex entry in the game. Gardevoir will likewise devote itself to the protection of a master it has come to admire.

Basic Information

Gardevoir is a Psychic and Fairy-type Pokemon. Hence, it is weak (super effective) to Ghost-type, Poison-type, and Steel-type moves, resistant (not very effective) to Psychic-type and especially Fighting-type moves, and immune (no effect) to Dragon-type moves.

Gardevoir’s base stats are 68 HP, 65 Attack, 65 Defense, 125 Special Attack, 115 Special Defense, and 80 Speed for a total of 518.

Gardevoir can be evolved from a Kirlia once it reaches Level 30. Kirlia can be evolved from a Ralts once it reaches Level 20. A male Kirlia can also be evolved to a Gallade by using a Dawn Stone.

Springy Mushrooms, Dazzling Honey, Hearty Grains, and Plump Beans are Gardevoir’s preferred foods. Gardevoir can be distracted or fed with these items, in addition to berries, allowing it to be captured or fought without the player being noticed.

When a Gardevoir gets caught or beaten in the wild, it drops a Seed of Mastery and an Exp Candy L, which the player receives.

Location

To find a Gardevoir, the player can only go to this area:

In the Alabaster Icelands: in Heart’s Crag.

It is important to note that the Gardevoir found here is an Alpha Pokemon. The Alpha Gardevoir that can be encountered here is a Level 70 Pokemon and can only be found in this area during the daytime (morning, midday, and evening) but can be found in every weather condition.

Aside from that, there is a possibility that the player may find a group of Gardevoirs in Massive Mass Outbreaks in the Alabaster Icelands.

Research Tasks

The following are the Research Tasks in Gardevoir’s Pokedex entry:

MultiplierResearch TaskObjectives
x2Number caught1/2/4/6/10
Number of alpha specimens caught1/2/3
Number defeated1/2/4/6/10
Number you have defeated with Steel-type moves1/2/3
Times you have seen it use Dazzling Gleam1/3/6/12/25
x2Times you have seen it use Psychic1/3/8/20/40
x2Times you have seen it use an agile style move1/3/8/20/40

A Research Task objective with an x2 multiplier yields two Research Levels, while a Research Task objective without an x2 multiplier yields only one. A Pokemon’s Pokedex entry must reach Research Level 10 to be deemed completed.

Completing Pokedex entries and Research Task objectives will earn the player Research Points. The player’s Star Rank in the Galaxy Team will rise if the player accumulates enough Research Points.

To quickly complete Gardevoir’s Pokedex entry, the player can catch the Alpha Gardevoir in the Alabaster Icelands, then use it in the battle to use Psychic in agile style three times. Performing all these will fulfill the first objective of the “Number caught” Research Task to get two Research Levels because of its x2 multiplier; tick the first objective of the “Number of alpha specimens caught” Research Task to raise one Research Level, tick the first and second objective of the “Times you’ve seen it use Psychic” Research Task to gain four Research Levels because of its x2 multiplier, and fulfill the first and second objective of the “Times you’ve seen it use an agile style move” Research Task to gain four more Research Levels thanks to its x2 multiplier and get more than what is needed to get to Research Level 10.
