The Star Rewards system was implemented in Adopt Me not that long ago. From it, you could get the Golden Egg, which has a chance to hatch the Golden Unicorn.
It is difficult to get the Golden Egg from the Star Rewards system. You will need to have 660 login stars, which means that you have to login every day for 180 days, without losing your streak. Even though that is the case, it seems like not many are interested in the Golden Unicorn.
Its appearance is not matching the ordeal that you have to go through to get it. In other words, this pet doesn’t look that special.
How Much is a Golden Unicorn Worth – Adopt Me
Has its appearance made a big difference on its value? The short answer is yes, it has. In fact, the other two pets, the Golden Griffin and Golden Dragon which are both available through the Golden Egg, are in the same boat.
You get the sense that not much work has gone into designing these pets. What was a symbol of dedication, skill, and hard-work, was quickly discarded.
This means that the Golden Unicorn doesn’t exercise that much value. At most, the Golden Unicorn is worth once Artic Reindeer. You can also get an Albino Monkey, a Queen Bee, or a Turtle.
Its demand is not what I was expecting, and I don’t mean in a good way. For some reason, there is a market for this pet, as some players are looking to get one.
As for ultra-rare pets, you can say that this pet is worth somewhere in the neighborhood of 3-4 mid-tier ultra-rare pets. There is also a diamond version of the three golden pets I mentioned, and even though there is double the work to get them, they’re still low in value.
The diamond pets can be compared or traded to pets like the Crow and the Evil Unicorn. You might say that is good enough, but considering how many times you have to login to get them, the work to reward ratio is pretty small.
