What is the Max Level in Genshin Impact
There is quite a lot of angles to consider when talking about this. This is because there are some unique mechanics in Genshin that don’t follow the usual RPG styles.
For example, the max level cap is 20. Or is it?
In Genshin, you can increase your level cap a couple of times. This is what is referred to as an Ascension of a character. Once you reach level 20, you can ascend your character and increase the max level to 40.
After that, you can do it again. Ascension requires specific resources that some of them are common, and some of them rare.
The current max level you can reach in Genshin Impact is level 63. You can expect to have Ascended your character 2-3 times by this point.
The leveling experience is effortless to obtain, and with all the items like Wanderer’s Advice, Adventurer’s Experience, and Hero’s Wit, you can easily reach a modestly high level.
However, this is where it gets tricky. To ascend, you need to be a certain Adventure Rank, which increases by progressing through the game. So, even though you reach level 20 quickly and all the other level caps, you can’t increase the max level if you don’t have the necessary Adventure Rank.
To reach level 63, you will need to obtain 3,034,450 Experience. But worry not, because it is easily obtainable.
