What is interesting in Craftopia is the age evolution system. You start the game off in a prehistoric age, and you have to survive and thrive in the world. There are specific tools that are beneficial for some ages and not for others.
Furthermore, you cannot start the game and immediately start building factories, machines, or technologies. You have to progress slowly through the game, much like the evolution in real life. Of course, you can progress faster, but the basic premise is that you have to explore and survive. And to do that, you will need a lot of food.
In Craftopia, you can hunt, harvest, and cook food, or you can fish. Mostly, fishing is recommended at the beginnings of your journey in Craftopia. So, it is essential to know how to fish.
How To Fish In Craftopia
To craft a fishing rod or even to fish, it is required from you to be at least in the Frontier Age. This is no problem because this is close to the start of the game.
How to fish in Craftopia?
- Craft a fishing rod and equip it.
- The next thing you need to do is find the appropriate fish source. You will need to find sort of like bubbles coming out of the water in a circle shape.
- Players that are stating they cannot get any fish is because they do not find these spots. So, find locations with bubbles that are circle-shaped in the water. You can see the fish around these bubbles.
- Use your fishing rod. Aim for the circle’s center since your chances of getting fish are significantly increased based on how close your bait is to these bubbles.
The fish drop or fish extraction rate is pretty hard, so you won’t have to worry about food. Most of the time, when you fish, you will instantaneously get fish. The fish’s nutritional value is based on what type and how big of a fish you catch.
When you fish, be careful of predators!
