As the name suggests, Lester’s Assassinations involve the assassination of key individuals to drive stock prices down so you and Lester can buy low and then sell high when stock prices recover.

GTA V Assassination Stock Missions Walkthrough

Lester’s Assassination Missions are some of the most lucrative missions in GTA V. If you want to make the most money in offline mode, you must complete the following missions:

In these missions, Lester will ask Franklin to take down specific targets to manipulate stock market prices to his favor.

As you can see from the list above, there are five assassination missions in GTA V, four of which can be done after you complete the main story. The first mission, The Hotel Assassination, is the only exception; you must complete that mission to unlock a new safehouse for Franklin in story mode.

The Hotel Assassination

Check the in-game smartphone and make sure it’s a Monday.
Invest Franklin, Trevor, and Michael’s money into Betta Pharmaceuticals on the Bawsaq website.
Complete The Hotel Assassination mission.
After the mission, wait a few hours before selling the stock. Don’t wait too long; the stock price will drop after 24 hours.
Take out all three protagonists’ money and purchase Bilkinton Research stock.
Sell the Bilkinton Research stock after 72 hours.

The Multi Target Assassination

Check the in-game smartphone and make sure it’s a Monday.
Invest Franklin, Trevor, and Michael’s money into Debonaire on the LCN website.
Complete the Multi-Target Assassination mission.
Wait a few in-game days before you sell the stock. The stock should reach a 60% gain before it starts to drop.
Invest all three protagonists’ money in Redwood Cigarettes when the stock matures.
Wait 48-96 hours. Keep an eye on the stock price and sell it before it drops again.

The Vice Assassination

Check the in-game smartphone and make sure it’s a Monday.
Invest Franklin, Trevor, and Michael’s money into Fruit Computers on the Bawsaq website.
Complete The Vice Assassination mission.
Wait a few hours before selling the stocks. It should only take 6-8 in-game hours.
Keep an eye on the stock. When it reaches 50% gain, sell all three protagonists’ stock.
Invest in Facade stocks after you sell the Fruit Computers stock.
Wait 48 hours, then sell all the stock after it reaches a 33% gain.

The Bus Assassination

Check the in-game smartphone and make sure it’s a Monday.
Complete The Bus Assassination mission.
Invest Franklin, Trevor, and Michael’s money into Vapid stocks on the Bawsaq website.
Wait 48 hours, then sell the stock after it reaches 100% gain.

The Construction Assassination

Check the in-game smartphone and make sure it’s a Monday.
Invest Franklin, Trevor, and Michael’s money into Gold Coast on the LCN website.
Complete The Construction Assassination mission.
Within 24 hours, sell the Gold Coast stock when it reaches an 80% gain.
